That looks beautiful! I love how moist the chicken gets using this technique and your pictures really demonstrate it. That chicken leg is mouthwatering! :thumb:

Oh, and don't take my recipe as gospel. There are a thousand different batter recipes and mine is nothing special. Smoky Al Gold used store-bought batter and Phubar has posted these about a dozen times using variations and they all look great! Just pick a batter (or flavors) you like.
