I have a question about your Flame Zone. How are you cleaning the surface and how often? Looks pretty clean in the pictures.

Thanks Robert, I use a steel brush after every cook, don't use the Flamezone much and mostly for just reverse sears, the majority of grilling is done on the Performer.
