There is a new butcher in my town that sells whole hog. I'd like to try cooking one sometime and now I have a source for one.

But do you have the crew to eat it?!

The show is fun. But. it's more because it at least gives real BBQ cooks a nod. It's not perfect, but maybe the new format appeals to a larger audience. If so, I'm OK with that.

Ah, good question! However, I have two crews: the work crew and the family crew. They could put away a 100 pound hog in no time.
