There is a new butcher in my town that sells whole hog. I'd like to try cooking one sometime and now I have a source for one.

I really don't find the show that good....I think the first challenge eliminating someone is stupid...it is what it is I guess. They should just move it inside and call it something else.

I am talking about HOW the show is conducted....I want to see these talented people cook BBQ!:grin:

I really like the way the new show was done. I could do without 2 mini challenges, but I like the judges and all. You got the chef, bbq champion, and Warren Sapp. It's fun to watch. Makes me want to go fart around with a turducken right now. lol.
