knit gloves with latex coating where it matters. You just throw them in the washer & dryer with other laundry to clean/
Weldling or leather gloves for handling fire, the knit glove with latex on top for pulling/handling meat. Towels work too for meat transfer.
I have some OveGloves, not really a fan. One size fits all means all but me. They feel huge and awkward. Bought some welders gloves for moving hot metal, but don't really plan to use those on food. Read a review of Weber's Grill Gloves and ordered a pair. So far I am happy with them. And they are machine washable...

Local coop and pick up a pair of Chemical Applicator gloves. Work great and cost a lot less.
