Funny Im been a member for over a year I think and never formally introduced myself. Im Ashmont! Some of you already know me from some different contests ect... I float and lurk a few forums. I am a part of BBQ team Celtic Nation we hope to get to compete for the first time in Mt. Vernon IL at the Kings City Showdown if all works out. Man a lot of logistical issues. Were not high falutin cooking on some bullets and a kettle. We just like cooking. Son Justin 11 will be cookin with us. I also have put on three bbq contests the last one in 2006 was a KCBS contest. Hope to do one in 2008.. Well that it.. Keep it cookin Ashmont
