Brother I had the ticket almost purchased but I have got a pain in the arse head & chest cold I can't shake. So with that in mind I decided to hold off for this weekend.

I did buy some airline tickets while on line

Rain, rain and more rain! It's going to be a wet one with a few thunderstoms storms mixed in. As long as everyone keeps everything covered uo and battened down we should be fine, just a little damp. It's still better than 105 degrees with a 115 heat index like a couple of years ago!

Thanks to my team mates for putting up with a tired, grumpy, grouchy old man this weekend.
After a rainy set up, the humidity heat, and lack of air moving made it a pretty sticky weekend.
I tried to make homemade ice cream Friday night, after 3.5 hours of it churning, we decided
to have milk shakes.
It's always good to get to see and cook with your friends at these events. You guys and gals
are family. Everyone wishes the best for everyone, that's the way it should be. Any given
weekend one of us could take the walk. Congrats to all this weekend!
Congrats to John and Darrel for their walks in chicken and ribs this weekend. You guys are
bringing your A game every contest, I love you guys! T, I don't think there is another woman
that would put up with the BS you have to with my attitudes and highs and lows I swing through
at a contest. I love you!
Now, I gotta go clean a pit and unload the trucks!
