What is your go to all purpose chicken seasoning?

Lemon pepper is hard to beat for something easy to find and works well several different cooking styles also get a good brand as the flavors are much better

For grilling and smoking: Myron's Huney Muney Cluck - it hits every taste I look for....a little sweet and a lot of savory.

For general cooking, I like to use Zehnder's chicken seasoning.

I grew up going to Zehnder's every year when we would spend a week or so in Michigan visiting family after my parents and I moved away when I was 6.

Agreed. The Zehnder's seasoning is AMAZING! It's strong so you have to be careful but it sure makes chicken taste like CHICKEN! I still live in Michigan and it's my go to answer for the question..."I'm headed to Frankenmuth...need anything?" If you aren't from Michigan...and want/need some...let me know. I will help get some your way.

In fact...today I was heating up some leftover chicken fajita/peppers etc. I like to quick heat/toast in a pan with oil...just for fun I dusted them with famous "Frankenmuth Chicken Seasoning". Yummy!

Not surprising, it's got chicken bouillon in it.

I would say my most commonly used is just kosher salt and black pepper used as a dry brine. For wings usually Habanero Death Dust or something similar. But for chicken breasts, whole chickens, thighs, etc that arent "barbecue style" it's almost always dry brine salt and pepper.

I have been using Paul Prudhomme's poultry magic lately. I love all his seasonings.

Shipping kills a guy on this! I may still have to get some.

Another vote for plowboys yardbird. Just a good overall color and taste. Goes great on pork as well.
