Thanks, cooked at 225 on the top shelf over the rear FZ cover until IT hit 125 then pulled and cranked up the grill to 450, once up to temp seared 4min on each side flipping every 2min.

Thanks Rick, I used to surf at Ft Pierce Inlet a lot just a little bit north of you.
