So the last shot at representing the Brethren on Food Network didn't work out so well. But despite my vow to stay away forever, I have now submitted a video for Next Food Network Star 5.

Let me know what you all think. I personally feel my video editing skills are getting better. And the sandwich was pretty awesome as well.

Thanks. I just made a longer cut with the remoulade sauce included. Had to leave that out for the 3 minute submission. I'll get it uploaded somewhere in a bit.

Yeah, that kind of sucked. I had a whole concept planned with him but the rules state that everyone submitted for consideration has to be 18.
