I was just looking over the cooks packet and saw that the meat inspection for Saturday and Sunday begins at 8am Saturday, though we're suppose to be set up the day before.
Do any of you teams from last year recall being able to get meat inspected Friday? I'd love to get a head start trimming meat so I can enjoy Saturday a little more than usual.
Don't forget that you are allowed to pre-trim at home and bring properly wrapped as another option.
Yeah, I just don't know if I'll be able to get it done during the week and it looks like I'm spending Friday alone up there so would be nice to do it then.
Who else besides me is gonna be in NH Friday afternoon and/or Saturday but not competeting?
I count 8 Brethern teams competeting so it should be a blast to meet everyone.
