Pellets dominating comp bbq

Wouldn't it be, though? All it would take would be a little reconfiguration of the pack.
I've actually been on the lookout for a vehicle more suited to towing, but that would take away some of the quirk factor!

Both the invitational and open winners used pellet cookers. So did a bunch of us losers :)

I also hear that the 180 pork was cooked on Kingsford briquettes :biggrin:.
I can't use those darn pellets they keep falling through my charcoal grate.
