Started with Pork Shoulder

!/4 lb. Bacon

Searing the meat.

Sweated 3 onions and added to the meat.
Added the Chilies Stock and seasoning.

With Cream Cheese and Baby Back Rib Meat Wrapped with Bacon

those peppers look awesome!! good work.. there are truly few things better than peppers done right
 
Oh man,,,,,,,,,,,,,you are killing me!!! A big ol' bowl of that stew would cure this dang cold I've been trying to get rid of. That is absolutely delsih looking!! Thanks for sharing.:eusa_clap

Wow, now that is STEW! Going to have to inventory the freezer now. I like the way you cut the peppers, always looking for a better way.

What does the multilevel grill buy you? Do they separate?

I love Green Chilis, just bought 25 lb from Hatch. They should be in Tuesday.
