Actually with the size of the pot it was quite mild (IMO). I do like a bit of a burn and 2 TBS would have put it "up there" As it was I added hot sauce at the table. :mrgreen:
Sorry I'm late, but that is chili in my book. Similar to the difference between The Open (British) and US Open golf tournaments. Same ingredients, different texture. Never considered mole or bay leaves, will have to give them a try.
