I have been request to started a BBQ in my town( Colo, IA) on July 11th of this year to be held in accordance with the Crossroads Festival. This will be a one day cook of Ribs,Chicken, Pork, and sausage(I hope). The Crossroad committee didnt get ahold of me until a couple weeks ago so I am still ironing out the kinks..ie-prize money, entry fees,etc. Just looking for anyone who might be interested. There is a nice campground just 1/2 mile from town and I could reserve spots or a block of spots if anyone wants to make a party weekend out of it. If anyone is intersted please PM me and I will get info as it comes.
