Will for sure do a write up then. Not sure cold smoked canned will produce the same results or not. As long as it has that great deep smoky/salmony flavor though I don't see why it wouldn't!

12ring, I'm jealous. A neighbor brought back a bunch halibut from Alaska several months back. He gave us some and it's absolutely fantastic eating fish. SPG and a little char in butter on the griddle is how we liked it best. I made a simple Bearnaise sauce for it too sometimes just for fun but the fish doesn't need it. Unfortunately I'm out now and it's silly expensive at the grocery store..
