Jackie and I just love these Racks of Lamb from TJS, they are marinaded and seasoned frozen you just defrost them and grill.

Egg up to 400*

Seared on both sides for 3-min. and on the ends as well.

Put on a raised grid for 15-min. or 134* internal.

Rested for 10-min. then carved.

Served with Baked Sweet Potato, leftover Mashed Potatoes, and Salad. YUMMY.:clap2:

Ross we just got a trader joes. Csn you compare this to Costco? They look the same but Costco is not seasoned which I prefer to do my own. What was your cost? Mine was $10 for 1.13lb
 
I like the TJ preseasoned lamb, too. I may have to get one for this weekend

Now that's the way lamb should look. TJ does have an interesting variety of culinary preparations. (I want one of those & one of those & etc. etc.)
