Cooked indirectly with a combination RO lump and KBB on the SJS.
Served with crab boil spiced red potatoes and steamed baby carrots (sorry, no plated pics). But everything was VERY tasty.
1 1/2 hours in at 250-275. Removed after 2 hours and IT 172°.
