Weeknight smoked pork chop

[JJJBBQ]

Missus picked up a thick cut pork chop and a couple pork porterhouses (not sure if they’re called the same thing for pork, but looked to be the same type of cut). She likes to shop at Whole Paycheck. Didn’t look at the packaging for fear of a heart attack from the prices.

Seasoned with Montreal Chicken Seasoning after a light coating of olive oil. Onto the GMG Davy Crockett for about an hour at 250. Kids devoured most of it.
