We love Shakshuka at our house too. I tend to stir the egg whites in just a bit with a chopstick to make sure they are cooked. My wife hates uncooked egg white.

Awesome stuff...i grew up eqting Shakshuka when my mom would make it...she did it the Egyptian way but this also looks great!!

It's a good tomato base. Don't tell my kids but I use it as paste sauce as well.
