I have only used the drum smoker a couple of times this season and decided I wanted some Rotisserie Chicken. The wife picked up a 6.5 lb whole fryer at Kroger's on sale for .99 a lb so Here I go. I injected with some homemade Creole Butter and let it sit in the fridge for a few hrs. Fired up the drum with some Kingsford BBB and let the drum settle in @ 350. At one hr. looking good. Gonna have fresh green beans, homemade peach pie with ice cream and muskmelon. Also have a loaf of Chocolate Zucchini bread. Should be a good meal
