Thought I'd tried something different.
Made a paste out of ansjovis,spring onion,parsley,garlic,red pepper Phlakes,honey,cold smoked raisins,smoked paprika powder,salt,pepper,beer.

Also made use of my new cuttingboard I got from Padawan...it's 3 times thicker than my previous one.

UnPhortunatly the beePh was overdone...I pulled it off the grill way too late.
