Love picanha! I’ve gotten 4 from wild fork and they’ve been amazing. Looks delicious!

Same, I’ve had the choice, prime, and black angus and they’ve all been good.

Looks tasty! Found some Picanha at Costco and did a reverse sear on them using the offset. Amazing flavor - also shifted my wife’s thinking on steaks (she’s a filet gal too). She loved these!
