I haven't been this excited in a lalalalooooooong time!! This right here is my ultimate fantasy smoker!!!!!!!!!

Beautiful build sir!

I am speechless. What are you going to use this thing for?

Looks like a smoker built to NASA specs. Is it for smoking on a space mission? :-D Is it for "our" Sputnic?

May be a stupid question, but what are all of the electronics for?

Really cool.

Sorry, just checked out your website. So, you will use this for commercial use? Is there any inspections of equipment you make for your business?

First cook tonight, two pork butts left over from the Jack. Just went on at about 10:30pm. A bit concerned about no blue smoke but with it so cold outside and the water pan full I am not sure what to expect. The smoke smells good so not sure what it is. Have a bag and 1/2 of kingsord comp in it so we will see how long it burns. Also got a light mounted to the electrical box.

Well it seems it cooks as good as it looks. We are on the way back from winter Q where we took 3rd place out of 60 teams. I was very nervous about using it the first time out being so far from home if something went wrong. It did great and I was able to get it to burn 10 hours wit 12 pounds of kingsford comp. Overall very satisfying!
