Blackstone Griddle Pizza

Well, not a conventional pizza. But perfect for a Friday night dinner. Start out with bacon -

Boneless Chicken Breasts w/ Plowboys Yardbird -

They're ready to come off -

The pizza "dough" for this evening is store bought Naan. Brown the top really well, the bottom is only warmed since it'll be going back on the griddle shortly -

What exactly am I making with grilled chicken and bacon? What's known as a Wild West pizza, which we usually order from Athens Pizza, not far from us. Ranch dressing, grilled chicken, plenty of bacon and mozzarella. Out to the Blackstone -

Dome to help melt the cheese -

Bottom's looking good -

Two Naan Wild West pizzas, looking fine -

Slice 'em up, dinner is ready -

Since it's pizza, it's mandatory to show the bottom -

That's how we make pizza on a Friday night when we want pizza quick and easy and don't feel like ordering out! Thanks for following along on a Blackstone Naan Pizza adventure.
