My Take On A Cheeseburger For the TD

Felt like a good cheeseburger tonight. Bought the best ingredients I can find for a cheeseburger on a whim

Wagyu beef, the best brioche buns I can find and heirloom tomatoes

Formed the patties

Only substitute to S&P I trust on good beef. Oakridge Carne Crosta :thumb: Get you some

Got the onions goin'

Started on the fixin's

Get ya one of these (watch the fingers though:biggrin1

Peeked through the fridge and made a quick mayo-sour cream-dijon spread

Threw the patties on the scorching hot retrofit Blackstone. That crust though :shocked:

American cheese about the melting point I like

Time to slather the brioche buns with clarified butter

Quick toast

Ready for assembly
