I've been doing a lot of mixing lately. The all-time classic is mixing mayo and ketchup (and adding a bit of relish) to make secret sauce, golf sauce, or thousand island dressing. Well, you can mix ketchup with that ranch also, to make slightly ranchie version. Try this with hot sauces. You wouldn't normally put sriracha directly on fries, but mix that up with some mayo and you've got a great dip. Lately, been mixing mayo with achaar and that make a killer dip as well.
