I've topped off at 9, though I also have one of Militant Squatter's WSM's on loan so I'm currently in the double digits.

Mine are all listed in the signature.
If you ask me this question in person I'd say "4 grills and 4 smokers."
If you ask my wife she'd roll her eyes and go off on a tangent ending in something like "him and his damn grills!".
Stopping at 8 for my own health and safety.

I need a family photo like yours, but it's hard to get everyone together...

GOOD GOD MAN!
I don't think I have a big enough yard to photo all of yours!
THREE WSMs?

Funny thing is, my garage looks empty right now since the La Caja is out on loan. It usually lives under the counter to the right of my 22inch kettle. There's and 18 inch kettle sleeping under there right now. I didn't even count that tiny red grill on top of the stainless cabinet...

Ok, for starters...

Lang 60
BSKD
22" Weber Kettle
Homemade Pipe Grill
Ducane Gasser
2 Turkey Fryers
Duel Burner Propane Stock Pot Rig
80qt Crawfish Jet Burner Rig
Camp Fire Set Up
Alcohol Camp Stove
Multi Fuel Camp Stove
Butane Camp Stove

Heck, I have a lot more stuff in storage, but this is what I regularly use.

It's in the signature, plus a Coleman 2 burner stove and a single burner that I can't remember the name of the brand. Gave the in-laws my Weber Genesis Silver when I got the Gold. Charbroil gasser that went to the grill graveyard in the sky.

Too many, but since you asked...
Large Big Green Egg
Large Imperial Kamado
2 WSM's
3 UDS's
Great Outdoors Smokey Mountain 3605 propane
New Braunfels Silver Smoker
Red Weber Performer w/ EZ-Que Rotisserie
Red Weber Frankengasser w/cast iron grates
Blue Weber Master-Touch
2 Weber Bar-B-Q-Kettles
2 Weber Smokey Joes
2 Little Chiefs
Coleman Road Trip grill (in the trailer)
Lodge Sportsman cast iron Hibachi
King Kooker Turkey fryer
ECB (soon to be modded and given away)

Klose BYC
Weber Gas Grill
Really need to get a small smoker for seafood - I am not a fan but Big Al is and I just can't bring myself to put the sea-bugs in the BYC... can't have the bugs cavorting with the piggies and the cows...
