I went to Winco the other day and saw these 2 cuts of beef that I've never noticed before. Anyone have experience with them? How do I cook these for best results?
 
Ive not seen flat irons that look like that before, those look like what are typically labeled as charcoal steaks here. The boneless short ribs you could braise or grind it for burgers.
 
I have bought those....the top pic was similar to what I bought and the fat running through middle was really unpleasant
 
The top is definitely flat iron, just cut the wrong way. The connective tissue in the middle needs to be removed.
