found a brisket at the butcher so that is on deck for tomorrow......

along with grouting tile for the hearth and fireplace surround i did last weekend!

These just came off my UDS smoker at 13.5 hrs, 2 for the homeless shelter, 2 for here with Steaks and wings later today for my Dad (91) and family members from both sides.

Prepped these butts last night for a neighborhood picnic dinner tonight - fired up the smoker early this AM and they're rolling along nicely now...
