Paging Dr Phu and all you smoking ember heads !!! Hope this weekend is going great for you......did a couple of flat iron steaks on the weber this evening. Hoping to smoke some beef ribs on the drum tomorrow.....The Dogs took two of three of Missou looking good on that front. Hoping all is well with you wonderful group of food prepers........Peace you dudes and dudette!!!!!!
 
Today a similarly different Muffalatta using a Keto Certified tortilla instead of a muffalatta bun. I have a Fatty, rack of Duroc St Louis Spares, and 1.57# ground CAB to work with. No particular order
