Cottage Cheese Test

Love cottage cheese too... I grew up eating it as an side with steak and still have them together on occasion. Imagine a forkful with a bite of steak on the end.

If you like CC as a side with steak, add it to the baked potato instead of cheese! So good!

I like small curd fat free cottage cheese topped with apple sauce and cinnamon. My dad eats his with canned peaches or pudding.

Growing up cottage cheese was a dessert item.


Mixed it with grape jelly.


Nowadays I like the large curd with a dollop of raspberry preserves.
