All This Burger Talk Made Me Hungry--Wagyu Burger For Lunch

The burger procedure thread got me wanting a burger for lunch and I was bored. I like when I get bored. :mrgreen:

Can you see the Fleur-de-lis?

Two 1/4lb patties comibined

Chipotle spread

"Griddle'd" onions

Seasoned the patty with BPS Bacon Jallelujah Rub (killer stuff btw)

Onto the sizzling griddle

Toasted buns

How I like my buns toasted :nod:

Assembly time

American cheese. Double

Oh yeah!!

Pics don't do it justice. I cooked about a medium since this was not my grind

Fine burger is to be paired with a fine beverage. Yeah it's summer but couldn't pass up a 2016 Bourbon County Stout

Thanks Neighbor! Lol. He'd look at me funny now if I'd ask him if his food was nommy. Only because he's older. :-D

BK strike again!

your Sakostone griddle works great and the upper rack is an added bonus. the 20106 BC was a good one for sure

2. Smart & Final has been stocking them fairly recent. Albertsons has them also. At least around me.
