I made a chop house burger starting with homemade A1 sauce

Strained

Two slices of homemade bacon on the CI

Onions in bacon grease :clap2::clap2:

What's a good steak w/out horseradish?? So I made a horseradish sauce

Hmmm! Needed a little acid to lighten it up

Good steak only needs S&P. Coarse of course :becky:

And Blue cheese. God bless the Germans. They even excel in blue cheese.

Thanks brotha! Honestly it tasted very, very good. Def tasted like A1 but way better. I don't care for it at all but I thought it'll compliment a burger so a quick search on YT the first guy that popped up was an Aussie below. :becky:

Now, I didn't have any raisins or what looked to be Asian sweet chili sauce. I substituted the raisins with some dry sour Utah cherries and the chili sauce with Sriracha and Hoisin sauce. Eyeballed his recipe just enough for one burger. Smelled wonderful and tasted extremely good. Surprisingly.
