Just wanted to say thanks to SteveKing and Shadowdriver because I had an awesome meal tonight. SteveKing's barbacoa recipe is awesome and I wouldn't have found it if Shadowdriver didn't tout it in multiple posts. The recipe is a homerun in the class of the shawarma that lunchman champions. Next time you are wondering what to do with a chuck roast that needs cooking you should give this a shot.

Oh hell! I forgot about this recipe! I just made this for Cinco de Mayo at home this year. It is definitely outstanding!..........
