Wisconsin (Sheboygan) Venison Brats

Then grilled up a few Wisconsin (Sheboygan) venison brats...

Hi Tried a few of the pre packaged mix bratwust seasonings, didn't taste like what I had in back in Kasiersalutern Germany, many years ago.
