Seasoned this one with Santa Maria & Rub Co Original, definitely a winning combination. Put it on the Sm BGE running at around 300 degrees, using RO & wine infused oak.

Gave it a flip after about 30 minutes.

Pulled it around 130, rested and sliced.

Nice plate Tim! I love that rub combo & did the same on a tri tip for the 4th and it disappeared in minutes after slicing. We had corn last night as well! I think we're shopping at the same sales. :grin:
