***SPECIAL*** 2011 BBQ Brethren "Burger" Throwdown!!!

Ground chuck "juicy lucy" stuffed with smoked gouda, sitting on jalapeno mayo and tomato, topped with colby jack, applewood smoked bacon, homemade onion ring and avacado. One large steak knife to hold it all in place...what a mess:thumb:

That looks really great. I would pound that down, no problem. Then I would get a couple Lipitor! Nice entry.

I'm thinking I should build another one of these, but what the hell; It gives you guys something to shoot for...

My entry in the burger throwdown is a Greek Feta cheeseburger. Here are the ingredients all lined up and ready to be prepared.

Time for the Feta Sauce, which consists of crumbled feta cheese, cream cheese, plain yogurt, pepperoncini peppers, scallions, and lemon zest processed in the food processor.

The veggies.

Thanks for looking.

Just where did you get a raccoon cookie cutter from? And where's the Ritz crackers?

Doesn't everyone own a raccoon cookie cutter? I left off the Ritz hoping this would appeal to the carnivores.

Truth is, it just didn't look as good with the cracker as you can see.
