Great quality, freshly made, small custom batches are the best rubs I have ever used.

Salt and sugar are not fillers, and the flavors stand out. I use these when teaching the culinary students how to smoke and cure meats.


If you haven't tried these fresh flavorful rubs; you don't know what you are missing.


My wife uses the Chili mix, Santa Maria, and the Oakridge bulk spices in almost everything she makes. Smokey Chilie Lime is great on grilled corn / corn on the cob.
