the inlaws are in town for a couple days & i needed an excuse to fill up a couple smokers.

3 racks of spares w/ my rub,10#of chix w/ my guava/mango bbq sauce(ask me for the recipe)a 2lb fatty,5lb chub of rubbed bologna,a pinwheel of my cajun garlic sausage,fatty & onion/chive stuffed abt's,my pooter shooter pintos,corn,my wife's potato casserole,& banana pudding.
done over skeet,hickory,peach,& sugar maple woods.
what is the safe meat temp for bologna lol? i know it's cooked. it's just not on the thermo.lmao(too early mod)

well i'm still golden hehe.
fil loved the balogna more than anything- he also digs my queso dip.
mil even ate 3 abts:eek:
the smoked fatty gravy,eggs,& homemade d.o. beer biscuits for breakfast yesterday put it over the top.:-D

last year @ their place i made a disp. turkey pan full of lasagna(16lbs)w/ all my own butchered to smoked italian sausage & meats w/ homemade 8 hour sauce and it was gone in 2 days.
it's good to be da king.:lol:
