How do you cook your ribs?

I boil them in liquid smoke.

No pics just yet, but I'll explain the process I use. Remember, this is a recipe given to me by a bbq guru. It comes from generations of finite changes.

First ya gotta take the ribs and jam them into a sock.
Then you want to wrap that in aluminum foil.
Put the package in a tree for half an hour.
Set the package into a pot of boiling water. It must be a rolling boil.
Wait 47 minutes
Remove the ribs from the sock, but not the foil.
Insert back into the water still at a rolling boil for another 15 minutes.
Remove the ribs from the foil and season according to taste.

Serve with boiled peanut butter and jelly sandwiches.

Ok, this recipe really sucks!!!

You never said what type of sock: Clean or Dirty. So, the wifey had not done laundry, and I used a dirty sock.

Let me tell you one thing right now; I aint even gonna try a clean sock. The recipe using a dirty sock is da bomb!!!!

BTW, I am a little upset in that when I was done, the laundry still was not finished so I had the wear the sock I used for the ribs when I went to work the next day. Still can't figure out why nobody wanted to get close to me the entire day........................:icon_blush:
