Breaded or battered?
Over the years I've had many people tell me their secret rib recipe when they find out I like to Q. I've heard every variation of boiled, braised, baked and everything in between. I try to not be judgmental and to remember we all start somewhere and maybe give some guidance.
I only laugh at the blow hards that tell me I don't know what I'm doing and that if the rack doesn't fall apart when you try to take one, it's not done or as good as Tony Roma's.
I get them on wonda bread rolls at Mack Donalds
I boil these too.
They are too good resulting in them always being eaten really fast before pics can be taken.
how would we cook dinosaur ribs?
I boil these too.
Lord -- not to break character -- but that is classic.
"... this Barbecue Sauce never saw the inside of any bottle."
:heh: No, no bottle, just a can. A can that also just happens to contain the meat you will be consuming. :thumb:
Some of you guys are bad!
Seriously, some variant of 3-1-1, Oak or mesquite. Commercial spice. Spicy/sweet sauce.
What do you prefer?
