Just another one of the pet peeves that us left handed people need to deal with the bias against us in our everyday lives...
Has any technically inclined lefty been able to mod a Thermopen from its flawed right hand usage to its more accurate left handed orientation?
Specifically, does anyone know if you can flip the display in a Thermopen?
I am getting sick of reading temps upside down when checking the temp of the meat.
And for any of the whackadoodles that enjoy trashing every thread anywhere which will of course blurt out "use the other hand", that is easier said than done.
You just got up this morning and went to the bathroom.
Did you use the other hand?
See, its not natural to make a conscious decision about something you do automatically.
Soooo,,, any technical people out there up to the challenge?
I was thinking of picking up some closeout Thermopens to open and try, but my electronics equipement is rather old (use to build Heath kits) and I was wondering if I am in over my head before I started.
