Chicken Shawarma w/ Homemade Flat Breads...

As I said the 1st time I made Chicken Shawarma, thank you to the brethren who posted this recipe a while back. A little tired and a few too many mixes in to look for that original post/link, but it's easy to find here...

Boneless/Skinless Thighs, marinated, grilled and chopped. Homemade Flat Breads topped with Feta, Lettuce, Tomatoes, Red Onion and a Yogurt Sauce. Don't get much better than this...

No I have not, but that does sound good. I usually just do them with oil in a pan. Gonna have to give that a try next time around...

Here's what I use for the Bread. I double it and get 8 breads, about 133g each.
