Excellent choice. Anything FounderS is good

No doubt!

Yes.:hail:

Is that a bomber?

I found a case worth of bottles but the bombers eluded me. Im going straight to the source next year. It would have been easier and more fun then going store to store for a day.

It sure is. Oh yeah, if I lived out there I'd been at the source. Only two bevmos in just about most of socal had 16 bottles. They told me 1 per customer and I said GTFO I need at least two. I walked out with two.

Absolutely! I like Founders over Bell's hands down but this from Bell's is insanely good. Here I go derailing my thread. :becky:

Yeah man Hopslam is pretty coveted around Michigan as well, when it's available.

I'm a pretty big fan of Oberon and Two Hearted Ale as well.

Too much good beer and alcohol going on right now but don't want to leave y'all hanging. The brisket was FARKING OFF THE HOOK.

Sorry for the s&iT pics but here are a few and I should have some tomorrow I think

Brisket simply does not get any nicer than this. Of course everyone knew it would be with you at the helm. Great job Sako.

Please don't take this as a knock but more an observation as I've been on the fence about buying one of the SRF gold briskets for a while - at least in regards to marbling that looks about as marbled as the Prime packers I can get from Costco every day for $2.99/lb. I assume there may still be some flavor difference but I'm wondering if it's worth the extra money at normal SRF prices of about $10/lb.

Turned out great Sako!

I would not have spent full price on mine but the BOGO sale made it reasonable to do so. I'll let Sako answer your question. :)
