I think I a going to cry!!! Had a chance to get in, and wouldn't you know it; front axle seal on the truck is blown and the gear box oil has drained 2 times already!

Wallace, thankfully it happened at home as opposed to half way to New Holland. I had the same sort of experience just recently before a trip to Canada - my alternator went up.

Glenn, I didn't intend to insult, it just seemed odd that in the 6 years i have been attending their has always been a wait list thats why i said "hope he was on the list"

I know what you mean. Sometimes things happen for a good reason.

But man, I am going to miss this; even just being there is a joy. We love the area and the great eats in the area.

Heck, I am lucky I was able to cancel my reservations at the Holiday Inn by the Outlet Mall in time. I made those since I had no idea I would be offered the chance to get into the comp itself.

Thanks to Chuck and Glenn for the continued extended invitation.

No problem Brother! I just wanted to make sure there were no doubts out there. We would never sacrifice our integrity as organizers for the sake of getting one team in.

This year has been a weird one for us on our end. We've dropped around 10 teams since last year (the economy I guess) and burned through our waiting list without even filling up. Bottom line, we as a committee are here to facilitate you guys, the teams who come here on their own hard earned dime, to try to make this weekend go as smoothly as possible.

Personally, even though I'm only on my end as an organizer/committee member, I look forward to this all year. I can't wait, it's going to be a blast! I'm planning on pitching a tent, come by for a cold one, when I'm not riding around on a golf cart I'll be at my tent on the west side of the park (close to the large basketball court.) I'll have a cooler of bud lite lime, stop by we'll have a cold one.
