Bacon Explosion featured in NY Times today!

Good for Burnt Finger and good for making BBQ more and more mainstream. Someday maybe we can get rid of about half the "fast food" joints and add a few more real BBQ joints to the world...

If you get an idea of approx time, could you post that? I'll have it on tomorrow once I get up, but I can find myself away from the TV while doing morning stuff! Cant wait to see it. I didn't realiz until now that thiws thing originated just a few miles away.
