Starting to get some color

While the ribs were doing their thing I whipped up some Jerk Sauce, Plantain Salsa, Beans & Rice, and a basting mop.

Thanks everyone. I appreciate it. This cook added to the age old questions. Paper or plastic, cash or charge, pork or beef?

Wow, that looks fantastic! I wish good beef ribs were easier to come by. They're as scarce as hens teeth around here.

I'm gonna have to try this. I've done jerk chicken before but those ribs just look awesome. The honey and jerk baste sounds really good.

Great looking meal! Did the beef and pork ribs cook the same amount of time?
