Picked this seasoning up at Penzeys earlier in the day, and decided to use it on some ribs I had in the fridge. They turned out amazing. Cooked them for about 2 hours about 16 inches over the coals. Mopped with vinegar sauce mix occasionally, and mixed a little of the jerk seasoning into my BBQ sauce as well. Really tasty. I'm loving the versatility of my new grill.
