I boil them. That's the only way to make sure they are done in time for the half time show. I learned it from a Bobby Flay TV show. Yes, that's right, Bobby Flay himself. I'm sorry to start throwing names around but I feel that it's important that you know my pedigree.

BTW - The package I promised you was put in the mail today sent out priority mail so expect it around Monday or Tuesday.

Okay, for all you boilers out there, can you please post some pics? I am fascinated by your process. This is mine:

I am trying to have an open mind here and this is starting to look pretty good to me:

They look better than those all smoked ribs you posted. What's up with all that color anyway?

No pics just yet, but I'll explain the process I use. Remember, this is a recipe given to me by a bbq guru. It comes from generations of finite changes.

First ya gotta take the ribs and jam them into a sock.
Then you want to wrap that in aluminum foil.
Put the package in a tree for half an hour.
Set the package into a pot of boiling water. It must be a rolling boil.
Wait 47 minutes
Remove the ribs from the sock, but not the foil.
Insert back into the water still at a rolling boil for another 15 minutes.
Remove the ribs from the foil and season according to taste.

Serve with boiled peanut butter and jelly sandwiches.

I'm all over this one!

That sound like a precious family secret. Thanks for sharing that. :thumb:
